The Nintendo Wii U

The next gen Nintendo was unveiled at E3 in Los Angeles this week and it looks like they have another winner on their hands with the stupidly named Wii-U. Always the gaming innovators, Nintendo seem to be throwing everything at the console, which no doubt, will be copied by Sony and Microsoft at next years E3. They will announce it as cutting edge even though we will have been enjoying the Wii-U by then.

There's not really much to say about it yet other than the controller has the rumoured screen on it and you can continue to play on the controller screen if your girlfriend kicks you off the TV to watch Gossip Girl Hill or some shit.

It looks cool.

Something to tell is that its backwards compatible with the current Wii hardware and games which is nice, it's always good when you don't have to buy more shit than you need to.

It's shiny and shit.
