These guys and gal get into a lot of shit and are a pack of shitheads. They are awesome. They don't care about anyone else and generally fuck each other over given the chance. It's 6th Season is now over and it's back for a 7th with seemingly limited viewership. It's a sleeper hit at it's best.
The titles always involve the plot. E.G. the first episode is entitled 'The Gang Gets Racist' which is exactly how it sounds and the last episode of Season 1 is 'Charlie Got Molested'. The show is actually charming and clever and rarely actually offensive as the characters usually get back as much as they give. They own a bar and don't do anything other than drink and generally be dicks.
Don't let Mac's smile fool you, he's the worst and funniest one.
This show is not everybody's glass of beer and that's understandable. Just like I hate Seinfeld but apparently there was something good about it. This one get's billed as Seinfeld on crack and I spose it is, I'd have to smoke crack to enjoy Seinfeld. (Except 'The Contest'). Somehow you kind of wish you could be these people without actually being them. There is rarely a joke that doesn't work and it's because they are just that fucked in the head that you can't not like them and that's the joke. They are so despicable, the only one that is kind of sympathetic is Dee until she joins in the adventures of The Gang as well.
This comes later.
It only gets better as the seasons go on and Season 2 with Danny DeVito joining as Dennis and Dee's father. Dennis and Dee are twins. Charlie's the one up there all up in Dee's grill.
