The New Wonder Woman

This can only be good news. Adrianne Palicki will be Wonder Woman and her 2, count 'em, 2, aliases in the new show by the hot and cold David E. Kelley.

The new Wonder Woman. Phwoar!!

Retro Review #8 Metallica's Metallica

As soon as you hear the opening riff on this album you know your about to hear something special. The song in question would be Enter Sandman and it is the first of many great tracks from the Metallicats breakthrough album.

Counting Down To The End of Smallville

Its the last season of Smallville and there's only 8 episodes to go. This show has been great since it's first season but like every show, has had it's shitty episodes. It's also had it's awesome ones which in my opinion, since Season 6, have been happening a lot more often.

Retro Review #7 Blink 182's Enema Of the State

When this album hit the shops, I told my mum I wanted the Blink 182 album for Chrissy  and showed her a picture in a catalogue. When she got to Grace Bros. she couldn't remember what it was called so she described it as the cover with the slutty nurse on it. Do you remember the name of it? The chick said to my mum, No, it's for my son. So blah and blah she found it and I got it for Christmas.

Why I Like Dr. Pepper

Because it's frigging awesome. To me. Everyone I know seems to hate it. But I drunk the shit out of it on my visit to the U.S. of A.

Episodes Concludes Its First Season

Matt LeBlanc is back on telly. As himself. And he's an absolute prick. It's kind of wonderful.

The Cricket World Cup

Fuckin Hell, what have I been doing? I didn't even know it was on. Here I am sitting at my cousins house watching Friends and he turns the channel over to Fox Sports where the Aussies are playing Zimabawe.

Pictured: Nothing funny to report.

127 Hours Review

I watched a future Oscar winner just now. For those of you who don't know the story, it's based on a true one and I won't tell you what happens for the most part but for the sake of this review I need to reveal that yes, he cuts his fucking arm off and survived to tell the story.

Retro Review #6 Blink 182's Blink 182

My first album review. Yeah, I need to mix it up a bit and here's what I'm doing

The Tomorrow When The War Began Movie

If you are like me, you read these books in high school. They were awesome. How cool but fucked up would that be? Being thrust into that sitch when your a kid. You'd get to play gun fights for realsies but/and also have to deal with the fact you just killed someone.

My Top 8 For NRL Season 2011

I give you my Top 8 for 2011. This may change but right now, this is who they are. And yes I go for the Roosters....

You can find out the list after the jump...

Retro Review #5 Lethal Weapon

Way back when Mel Gibson was claimed as an Aussie and not completely fucked in the head, he had some wonderful movies grace our screens in the form of Tequila Sunrise, Mad Max and of course, Bird On A Wire. But by far the best of these, discounting sequel's, is Lethal Weapon.

Unstoppable Don't Lie

It really doesn't. But I was glad when it did because I was on the verge of being overwhelmed the entire way through. This is a good movie, although I wish Tony Scott would do away with those fucking jump cuts. True Romance didn't have any, one of the many reasons why it is awesome.

Retro Review #4 South Park's 200th

Entitled '200' is South Park's 200th Episode

Thought I'd write this thing seeing I said I would a bit ago. So here it goes.

'200' is the landmark 200th installment of the great 'South Park' animated comedy series that airs in the U.S. on Comedy Central. Now in it's 14th season and still going strong. This not so PC series still manages to shock and disturb with the little shits we've come to love.

Hawaii Five-0 Episode 1.02 "Ohana"

This episodes starts with a kid talking to his dad and calling him nasty stuff when the car dad's travelling in gets fucked right up. Flipped, in fact, by some inconsiderate shit head who T-Boned it. Turns out it wasn't an accident and daddy's kidnapped. Fact is dad was some sort of computer scientist or something who used to work for the government and a gang of Serbian arseholes want his expertise to built a skeleton key program that can hack into anything. Pretty cool in theory.

Perfect Couples is Pretty Alright

For some reason I can't go 6 hours without watching this show. I don't know why. That's to often to be re-watching any show. But this one is different for some reason. I still won't have figured it out before I finish this.

Retro Review #3 Grand Theft Auto IV

You know as well as I do, that this game is awesome. It returns to Liberty City, albeit a revamped one. A far cry from the city we saw in GTAIII. This one has it all, pool, darts, bowling and you can even get drunk. Try playing this game when you are actually drunk, and then get good and in-game drunk and try to get away from the coppers. Just one of the many ways to cause accidental death in this game. Who knew you could improve on GTA: San Andreas?

From the Vault: Storm Fuck Season

Melbourne Storm Salary Cap Fuck-Up

Pictured: Scumbags.

I suppose I will weigh in on this not-really-that-much-of-a-shock kerfuffle that the Victorian NRL franchise have brought upon the Rugby League world, once again, fucking up the image of the best sporting comp in the world.

Mr. Sunshine 1.02 "Employee of the Year'

Why there was such a big drop off from last week in the ratings, I don't know, but this episode, featuring Jonas Brother was pretty damn funny, incl. said Jonas Brother as a spoiled little turd-of-a-thing pop-star.

Above Picture: Brilliance.

Retro Review #2 Underbelly The Golden Mile

It certainly is a jungle out there in the 2 hour Premiere of Underbelly: The Golden Mile.

Mr. Sunshine Pilot Review

Matthew Perry is back on TV again after the failure of the brilliant Studio 60 on the Sunset Strip. And he comes back in the equally brilliant, if not better, Mr. Sunshine, co-created by Perry himself.

Hawaii Five-0 Reboot Pilot Review

How fucking awesome was this? To me, this is about as good as an action TV episode can be. This pilot is the 2nd best TV pilot I have seen. The first being LOST, which as a pilot was perfect (and was my favourite show from start to finish), I'll admit, the series was not. So far, 16 episodes in, Hawaii Five-0 has only settled down because a TV budget requires it to. But this is not about the rest of the series, it's about the pilot.

Retro Review #1 Kick-Ass

Not exactly Retro but fuck you, this is my blog, I'll write what I like...

Kick-Ass Review Of Kick-Ass

Kick Ass is based on the 2008 Marvel comic series of the same name and before I go much further, McLovin is the bad guy's son. So there's that.
